I manage ~50 domains using 9 site templates across 4 servers, serving approximately 15 million users per day.

I’m looking for an experienced Cloudflare specialist to review and optimize our setup to ensure security, performance, and consistency at scale.

This is a one-time paid audit, with the option for paid follow-up reviews every 2–3 months.

Scope of work (initial audit & optimization)

You’ll perform a Cloudflare audit and hands-on optimization across all domains, including:

• WAF: rule review, false-positive reduction, and implementation of custom rules
• Caching: review and implementation of cache/page rules, edge caching strategy, and correct handling of dynamic content
• Performance & reliability: optimize and standardize Cloudflare feature usage across domains
• Monitoring: implement actionable 5xx error alerts with domain-level visibility

Deliverables:

• A short written summary covering:
  • Findings and risks
  • Changes made
  • Any remaining recommendations or trade-offs

Ongoing work (optional)

• Paid reviews every 2–3 months to assess:
  • Traffic and attack patterns
  • Configuration drift
  • New Cloudflare features or recommendations

Incident availability (optional)

• Reachable within 8–12 hours if contacted about:
  • DDoS incidents
  • Sudden 5xx spikes
  • WAF-related issues
• Weekend availability is not required, this is not a 24/7 on-call role
